Sky Sports to make ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 available to all

The opening matches for all the home nations plus final will be available free-to-air via Sky Mix

All home nations' matches will be available to watch on the Sky Sports app without a subscription

Tournament opener England v Sri Lanka will also be shown on YouTube

Sky Sports will make both the opening match and final of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 available free-to-air on Freeview via Sky Mix, allowing the biggest audience possible to get behind the tournament. Sky Mix will also house the group stage match between Scotland and Ireland, meaning the opening games for each of the home nations will be available to all.

Additionally, all 12 home nations group matches plus the semi-finals and final will be available to watch without a subscription via the Sky Sports app.

The opener at Edgbaston between England and Sri Lanka will also be shown on the Sky Sports YouTube channel and Sky One, as well as Sky Sports linear channels.

The tournament kicks off a standout summer of women's cricket on Sky, including an historic first ever womens Test match at Lord's between England and India starting on 10 July, alongside The Hundred's return later in the month.

The ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 builds on a period of sustained growth for women's cricket on Sky platforms. Notably, the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2025 delivered a record 20 million viewer hours, making it the biggest women's sport event on Sky last year.

As the exclusive home of the tournament, Sky Sports and NOW will show every match live, from the first ball at Edgbaston through to the final at Lord's with unmissable coverage and analysis being delivered by Nasser Hussain, Natasha Farrant and Hannah Wilkes.

For round-the-clock news, insight and reaction, Sky Sports News, SkySports.com and Sky Sports social channels will be go-to destination for fans across the tournament.

It's also a bumper year of women's sport live on Sky Sports with Team Europe attempting to regain their crown on home soil at the Solheim Cup in September as well as the expansion of the Barclay's Women's Super League from the start of the 26/27 season, which will see 14 clubs compete in the top division. As the home of the WSL, Sky will show 90 per cent of the league's games.

Sky Sports is the UK's leading investor in women's sports rights and accounted for nearly 80% of all televised womens sport in the UK in 2025. Total viewing for last year was up 25% across over 4,000 hours of live coverage.
