Salzbrenner Delivers New Desk to BVE Stand L0

Aspen Medias Stand L30 at BVE in February will be packed with all the latest developments from the five German manufacturers it represents.

Salzbrenner, a division of the Salzbrenner Stagetec Mediagroup, is presenting POLARIS evolution, arguably the most tactile and adaptable network mixing console for Broadcast, OBs, Live, Theatres, Recording Studios etc.

The 21 multi-touch screen of View is the POLARIS evolutions primary user interface and the Access fader module with its own touch screen presents a dynamic view of only those keys and settings that are relevant at that moment. POLARIS evolutions Scala is the new digital mixing DSP that can be shared by multiple users over a network via Ethernet, internet or Wi-Fi using an Access panel or laptops, tablets and smart phones.

Visitors will see RTWs unique and extensive range of audio and loudness meters including the simplest, lowest cost and space saving TM3-Primus that requires just a single USB cable connection direct to your DAW or unbalanced analogue or digital audio connections.

RTWs flagship TM9 updated with the latest firmware revision 5.11, takes loudness measurement a stage further by expanding the Timecode Reader licence to include integrated (I) loudness recalculation when the programme or film is recut or edited. In addition, a loudness chart is now available with the logging licence that adds an at-a-glance view of overall loudness history or simply highlights out of spec sections that require closer attention.

Audio processor aficionados Jnger Audio will be demonstrating the D*AP4 VAP EDITION voice processor, a two-channel audio toolkit containing all the processing elements necessary for effective treatment of voice signals in recording and radio and television broadcast environments. A dedicated voice leveler helps to integrate voice programmes into loudness-based programming. With an onboard voice over feature and dual true peak limiters, VAP can be used to mix a voice channel into the final programme delivered directly to SDI.

Jnger will also show the renowned D*AP8 TAP EDITION with 8 channels of audio processing, loudness management and optional Dolby management.

MADI specialist DirectOut Technologies will present its new baby ANNA-LISA a handheld MADI analyser and signal generator. Its traffic light style LEDs display sample rate, channel format, electrical level, eye pattern,

Jitter and MADI spec conformity with more detailed analysis being available via USB and Bluetooth on a PC, tablet or smart phone.

DirectOut will also show the MONTONE.42 MADI to Ravenna bridge and KYRA an 8-source MADI monitor mixer for MADI monitoring and line checking together with a selection of its MADI converters and problem solvers.

DELEC is bringing its oratis compact high-performance intercom and summing audio matrix to stand L30. oratis compact is just the job for small scale projects in theatre and broadcast. As you would expect from DELEC it offers broadcast quality audio, supports SNMP and external sync and is remotely configurable over the network. DELEC has recently introduced Dante compatible subscriber panels when connected to a DELEC oratis compact system.
