Annual Report & Accounts 2013 and Notice of AGM
The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2013. The following documents were mailed on Tuesday, 18 March 2014 to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:

The Annual Report & Accounts 2013 and the Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com.
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
Vitecs Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Thursday, 8 May 2014 at Prince Philip House, 3 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5DG.

Vitec is an international Group principally serving customers in the Broadcast & Video, Photographic and Military, Aerospace and Government (MAG) markets. Vitec is organised in three Divisions: Videocom, Imaging and Services.
Videocom designs and distributes systems and products used in broadcasting and live entertainment, film and video production and MAG.
Imaging designs, manufactures and distributes equipment and accessories for photography and video.
Services provides equipment rental, workflow design and technical support to TV production teams and film crews.
