The Durham Bulls will open the 2023 season at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park on Friday, March 31, and front office staffers could not be more excited. Several will experience their first season at the Bulls, while others are seasoned DBAP pros. But whether a veteran or a newbie, all Bulls employees have the same happy anticipation of a first-timer as the gates are about to open.

1st Season at the Bulls
For Opening Day I am most excited to capture some amazing shots and experience a Durham Bulls game for the first time as an employee in addition to experiencing it as a fan. What I'm most excited about for the 2023 season is having the graphics and photos I create be shown all over the ballpark.
My father has had season tickets since before I was born, so it's going to be really exciting being able to show him and the rest of my family the mark I am making on the team, stadium, and fans!

2nd Season at the Bulls
I am most excited for the post game fireworks. It is a fantastic show, and it should be a nice conclusion of all the pre-season hard work my team and I have put in!
I am most excited about receiving the 2022 championship ring. I never thought I'd receive a AAA baseball championship ring, so that will be a cool honor! Hopefully, the Bulls will win us another this season.
Opening Day has always been a special day for me during my career and it will continue to be year in and year out. I still get butterflies each time and the start of the season is just special.

1st Season at the Bulls
For opening day, I am excited to see all the families and fans back out at the ballpark. For the 2023 season, I am most excited about being with the reigning, defending national champions and working for a team with the history that the Bulls have and their reputation around Minor League Baseball.

I'm looking forward to seeing all the fans and everything we've been planning to come together. Opening Day has always been a special day for me during my career and it will continue to be year in and year out. I still get butterflies each time and the start of the season is just special. Seeing the fans walk up in their Durham Bulls gear, families laughing and smiling, and a full crowd at the DBAP is the payoff to all the hard work we put in during the offseason.
For the overall season, I'm just excited to bring our community together. We get to use our facility and our platform to make positive memories for people, and that's just an incredible feeling. Each year is an opportunity for us to make special moments and to have an impact in our community. We can never lose sight of that and for me personally, that's always been the WHY. Excited to get going and this season is going to be blast!

The Bulls begin their Back-to-Back Triple-A National Championship defense on Opening Night 2023 at the DBAP on Friday, March 31. First pitch against the Norfolk Tides, the Triple-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, is set for 6:35pm. Tickets for that game and all 75 home contests are now available at DurhamBulls.com.
