FOX 50 and WRAL-TV Win National Honors for Promotional Work

PromaxBDA presented the 2013 PromaxBDALocal Awards on June 27, 2013, in Las Vegas, and FOX 50 and WRAL-TV came out big winners with nine awards for FOX 50 and four Gold awards & a Silver for WRAL-TV.

Some of the nominations were not announced until the awards ceremony, bringing the total of FOX 50 nominees to 13, instead of the 10 which were on the previously published list. That makes for FOX 50s most PromaxBDA nominations to date. WRAL-TV had an additional nomination at the event as well.

"I am so proud of our incredibly creative Creative Services team," said FOX 50 VP & GM Tommy Schenck. "What a great body of work."

"Congratulations to our team," said WRAL-TV Creative Services Director Shelly Leslie. "These are hard to win, folks. The competition is fierce! Great work!"
