SeaChange Appoints Ray Fitzgerald as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas

ACTON, Mass. SeaChange International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEAC), a leading global multi-screen video software innovator, today announced the appointment of global television technology sales veteran Ray Fitzgerald to Senior Vice President of Sales Americas. Reporting to SeaChange CEO Raghu Rau, Mr. Fitzgerald is responsible for the Company's Americas Sales and Solutions Engineering teams and distributor network. As a member of SeaChange's senior leadership team, he will help to define and execute the Company's growth strategy.

Mr. Fitzgerald brings SeaChange more than 30 years of experience in establishing video and data delivery software and systems with cable and telco service providers. Mr. Fitzgerald comes to SeaChange from ActiveVideo Networks, where he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales from 2011 to 2013. Previously, he served as Vice President, North America Sales, and then Vice President of Global Sales, for BigBand Networks. He also held senior positions in global and regional sales for AMP, Harmonic, Raychem, RiverDelta Networks and TollBridge Technologies.
