Accedo Powers Moviecity Play and Partners for the First Connected TV Innovation Lab in LatAm Stockholm, Sweden, 31 May 2013 -

Accedo, the global market leader in TV application solutions, today announced that it has been selected by LAPTV,

LLC (owned by FOX International Channels and operating under the brand name MOVIECITY ) to power its Moviecity Play service in Latin America.

Moviecity Play is a video on demand service that thanks to this collaboration is available across Latin America on a wide range of devices,

including Smart TVs from all the major manufacturers, leading game console platforms, as well as tablets and mobile devices.

It gives users access to a wide range of compelling content, including TV Shows, Movies and Kids programming.

The application, developed by Accedo is the next generation of the popular Moviecity Play service, currently available

as part of most Pay TV operator offerings in the region.

The application is powered by Accedo's suite of developer products. Accedo's Cross-Platform Development Kit (XDK)

is used for rapid multi-platform development with full UI compliance. Second Screen capabilities are powered by Accedo Connect for seamless TV to Mobile

content experience. Moviecity Play also includes Accedo's Social Integration Toolkit (SIT), meaning users can interact and share content across

their social media platforms directly on the TV.
