The Reliable Internet Stream Transport (RIST) Protocol will be showcased by a number of RIST Forum members at BroadcastAsia from 7th-9th June 2023. RIST provides an open, interoperable, and technically robust solution for low-latency live video over unmanaged networks.
The RIST Forum is a collaborative organization, led and controlled by its members. With 240 members and dozens of products now supporting RIST, several of those will be demonstrated at BroadcastAsia. Visitors to the event can learn more about RIST and its applications by visiting any of the members listed below or by joining the RIST Forum for cocktails on the Evertz stand on Thursday 8th June from 5pm.
Ateme will present its end-to-end video solutions on stand 5K2-01.
Cobalt Digital will show its solutions, including its 9992 ENC/DEC family which has been enhanced with RIST Adaptive Encoding using TR-06-4 Part 1 to boost agility and reliability, on stand 6B1-05.
Evertz will showcase its latest innovations in broadcasting technology, including the evertz.io platform, which enables content providers to launch new channels and monetize content across various distribution applications. Find Evertz on stand 6A1-01.
For-A will present a range of solutions that highlight flexibility and agility in live video production on stand 6D3-05.
Grass Valley will showcase its broadcast and media solutions on stand 6K1-01.
Net Insight will showcase its solutions, including its RIST-powered cloud video switching and routing infrastructure system, Nimbra Edge, on stand 4L3-11.
Open Broadcast Systems will demonstrate its encoders and decoders on stand 6H1-02.
Planetcast will demonstrate its technology on stand 5K1-07.
Synamedia will present its latest cloud and SaaS technologies on stand 6C2-08.
Zixi will share new product updates in meeting suite Opal 107.
