Tottenham continue their scramble to finish in the top four of the Premier League with a home game against battling Brighton on Tuesday night.

The pair meet in north London with plenty at stake at either end of the table.

Spurs' mini-revival was brought to a halt by title-contenders Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday lunchtime.

It left back-to-back wins and even their Champions League success against the same opposition in the rear-view mirror.

Mauricio Pochettino and Co look set to go to the wire in their jostle for a top four finish with Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.

Brighton scrounged a point from their weekend trip to Wolves thanks to a 0-0 draw at Molineux.

The Seagulls are three points clear of Cardiff in the final relegation spot, with this their game in hand.

Watford vs Southampton 20:45

Watford take on all-but-safe Southampton in the Premier League on Tuesday at Vicarage Road.

The Hornets are in the thick of the chase for a seventh-place finish under boss Javi Gracia, with two wins in three including Saturday's 2-1 success at relegated Huddersfield.

Ralph Hasenhuttl has piloted his Saints to the bring of survival in the top flight, although a 3-1 loss at Newcastle leaves them with a little work still to do to be mathematically certain of extending their EPL stay.
