13th July 2016: Global content creator, producer and distributor Endemol Shine Group today announced the appointment of Ivan Nash Vila as Chief Financial Officer.
Ivan has over 20 years of international experience in Operational Finance, M&A, Business Development, Strategy and Investor Relations across sectors including Media, Technology and Telecommunications.

Ivan Nash Vila is currently CFO of Central Europe at Liberty Global plc, overseeing financial operations and strategy for the combined business in Austria/Switzerland and five countries in Central & Eastern Europe, with a finance team of over 500 employees. He was appointed CFO in 2011, during which time his achievements have included the restructuring and integration of the combined Swiss and Austrian operations, expansion of finance processes to CEE, and the development of new business in areas including mobile, content and other platforms.
Ivan joined Liberty Global in 2005 when the company acquired Cablecom, Switzerland's largest cable operator, where he was a key player in the sales process as Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. He went on to hold numerous other senior management positions at Liberty Global including Director of M&A, overseeing multiple transactions such as the acquisitions of Unitymedia and KBW in Germany. He also served as the company's Head of Financial Planning and Head of Investor Relations, Europe.
Ivan's other previous roles have included positions at Telefonica subsidiary 3G Mobile, and Compaq.
As Chief Financial Officer of Endemol Shine Group Ivan will be responsible for leading all the company's finance operations including controlling, accounting, tax and treasury as well as IT and internal controls.
Ivan will take up his role as Chief Financial Officer of Endemol Shine Group this autumn and will be based at the company's headquarters in Amsterdam, reporting to CEO Sophie Turner Laing.
