GoPro Snow Athletes Sage + Elena Win Natural Selection First Stop

GoPro Snow athletes Elena Hight and Sage Kotsenburg have been crowned the winners of the Natural Selection Tours first stop in Jackson Hole. The two battled their way through the Day 1 bracket and continued to dominate through Fridays finals day.

For Elena, her first run of finals day landed her the W, with a back three followed by a method. And Sage has been riding super consistently, which he definitely continued today with some of the best cab nines in the comp so far. Congrats to you both!

Next up, the crew will be headed to Stop 2 at Baldface with the weather window opening on Feb. 20.

We made the switch from rider- to drone-mounted POV this year because we've found that the course features are so massive, no camera angle can do it 100% justice. BUT by adding HERO10 to a drone, viewers will get a close-up look at what it's like to set a line like Elena and huck it like Travis.

Stop 1 in Jackson Hole ran Jan. 25 - 31. Stop 2 takes the crew to Baldface Lodge in B.C. Feb. 20 - 27. And Stop 3 ventures to the Tordrillo Range, Alaska, March 21 - 28. In terms of the terrain, Travis let us know its going to be an awesome course and a bit sporty this year!
