EVS technology will play a key role in the IBC TV news channel during the Dutch fair The integrated system of EVS on IBC TV will cover management of content, production, rapid editing, playout and distribution solutions.
Solutions for news production from end to end of EVS they will allow IBC to issue your special channel IBC TV programming 24 hours during the fair in Amsterdam.
Sue Robinson, IBC TV producer, pointed out that "we have working with EVS for six years and now have full confidence that their solutions are a key element in the production of more live content, including distribution via smartphones, tablets and other devices to attendees at the fair. EVS is a reliable partner in this process, committed to offer content live more easily, quickly and reliably."
Designed to allow the content to the world during IBC, the workflow enables the delivery of 24/7 news online, accessible from any device connected to the Web. The programming will include transmission en vivo, summaries & distribution live signals from high definition to multiple screens within RAI Center, as well as the live coverage of conferences and interviews live.
The new shared storage EVS XStore par platform will be essential in the workflow of this year, giving multiple editors instant and secure access to all content. XS media servers will be used in the ingest and playout of all news channels, including Studio live interviews as well as the distribution of the signal to all digital screens.
Multiple teams rise its contents from the Sony XDCAMs using Dispatcher Xedio EVS instant availability of the material on the server with XS and XStore for editing with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, the inclusion of program and playout.
The EVS system includes solutions for the management of content, production, rapid editing, playout and distribution, including IPDirector for producing live and Asset Management (PAM live) which provides control of the intake, content management and exchange of third parties; XStore production with the new platform of shared storage centralized for high performance direct and almost direct storage, which allows access to instant content; CleanEdit Xedio for basic editing and Assembly of news; and Xsquare as a transcoding tool; IPLink Adobe plugin to give access to all the editors of media in shared storage XStore for final editing with Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
