Element Celebrates Grand Opening of New Facility at Bronte Station

In a milestone for Bronte Station Business Park, Element Materials Technology, a global leader in materials and product qualification testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services, celebrated the grand opening of its new facility on Wednesday. The state-of-the-art facility, located at 2475 Speers Road, marks a significant expansion for the company, enhancing its ability to serve customers in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

Located in Oakville, Ontario Bronte Station Business Park was developed and constructed by First Gulf Corporation and Nicola Wealth Real Estate, and offers 365,000 square feet of commercial space across two industrial buildings. Occupying 55,000 square feet within the business park, Elements new facility is part of a $17 million (CAD) investment that demonstrates the companys growing global footprint and reinforces its commitment to providing world-class services.

Rebekah Diec Stormes. Director, Economic Development for the Town of Oakville, who was in attendance for the ribbon-cutting, praised Element for its contribution to the local community. The innovation and research that will happen here enhances Oakvilles growing culture of talent and creativity . Diec Stormes said.

The event included a ribbon cutting ceremony, a tour of the new facility which showcased its cutting-edge features, and interactive demonstrations. Guests enjoyed great food, refreshments and the opportunity connect with peers and industry leaders.
