2019 marks the twentieth anniversary of Star Wars: Episode One, being the first motion picture to be projected digitally on the big screen in June of 1999. Since then, the Media & Entertainment Industry has undergone numerous changes and the recent technological innovations are causing radical challenges throughout the entire Media Content Production chain.
The 24th year of the famous 3D Day' will focus on the disruptive impact these new technologies are having on established traditional workflows: from the initial shot to final streaming to one of the OTT distribution platforms.
Participants will have a unique chance to attend two professional sessions and enjoy an Expert Panel discussion titled Technological Revolution in the Media & Entertainment Industry How to face the challenges of the future? presented by renowned professionals from Spanish National Television (RTVE), WHYONSET, Canon and SGO.
The event will be held at the Spanish Film Academy (Academia de Cine) on Tuesday, 3rd December 2019 from 6 pm to 8.30 pm. The evening will continue with a traditional Spanish fiesta in Bar & Restaurant Lola 09, not to be missed! Reserve your spot HERE.

Este a o 2019 supone el veinte aniversario del estreno de Star Wars Episode I, la primera pel cula estrenada en Digital (Junio de 1999). Con la irrupci n de la Era Digital, la Industria Audiovisual ha experimentado infinidad de cambios, y con la llegada de las ltimas innovaciones tecnol gicas se est produciendo una nueva revoluci n en los flujos de trabajo en todas las reas de producci n, postproducci n y transmisi n de contenidos.
En la 24 edici n del D a 3D hablaremos y debatiremos sobre el disruptivo impacto que estas nuevas tecnolog as est n teniendo en el proceso de creaci n de contenidos: desde la captura de imagen en c mara hasta su transmisi n en las diferentes plataformas de distribuci n.
La Academia de Cine ser el lugar de encuentro de esta jornada profesional, dando comienzo a las 18:00 y teniendo una duraci n aproximada de dos horas. Contaremos con distinguidos profesionales espa oles de RTVE y de la empresa WHYONSET. Los asistentes tendr n la oportunidad de disfrutar de dos ponencias y participar en un Panel de Expertos titulado La revoluci n Tecnol gica de la Industria Audiovisual.
Posteriormente continuaremos el evento en el Bar de Copas Lola 09 donde tendr lugar la fiesta habitual y el tradicional sorteo para todos los participantes.
