Ignacio G mez Hern ndez, elected as a member of the Digital Committee of the EBUJo o Pedro Galveias (RTP, Portugal) presidir el Comit Digital de la UER mientras que Neil McIntosh (BBC, Reino Unido) y Antonella Di Lazzaro (RAI, Italia) ocupar n las vicepresidencias.
El actual director de Proyectos de Innovaci n y An lisis de Radio Televisi n Espa ola, Ignacio G mez Hern ndez, ha sido elegido miembro del Comit Digital de la UER en el transcurso del evento Media Summit 2018, organizado por la Uni n Europea de Radiodifusi n, entre los d as 18 y 20 de abril en Bruselas (B lgica).
Estas son las primeras elecciones de este comit , que ha elegido a Jo o Pedro Galveias (RTP, Portugal) como presidente y a Neil McIntosh (BBC, Reino Unido) y Antonella Di Lazzaro (RAI, Italia) como vicepresidentes.
Ignacio G mez Hern ndez se incorpor a RTVE en 2007 y es actualmente director de Proyectos de Innovaci n y An lisis para RTVE. Durante los siete a os anteriores trabaj como director de Innovaci n y Estrategia para el Departamento de Nuevos Medios de RTVE, y anteriormente como director de Contenidos Multimedia.
Actualmente tambi n coordina el Spanish Broadcasters Group para el estudio de Connected & Hybrid TV, es miembro del Comit de Innovaci n de RTVE y preside el grupo Online Services, un grupo de trabajo t cnico de la UER que explora los desaf os y oportunidades derivados de la convergencia de las tecnolog as broadcast y de banda ancha.
El Comit Digital est formado por las principales cadenas europeas a la cabeza de la investigaci n tecnol gica y contribuye a guiar e impulsar la transici n digital entre los miembros de la UER. Tambi n supervisa la estrategia de la Unidad de Medios Digitales de la Uni n Europea de Radiodifusi n.
