TAG Video Systems, the leader in software-based IP end-to-end monitoring, deep probing, and real-time visualization solutions, and Techex, a leading cloud and IP video specialist, have announced that their joint solution has won a Silver award from Digital Media World in the IP Broadcast Solutions category.
The award-winning entry "ACO Workflow - TAG|Techex Integration" provides an immediate, realtime response to signal disruptions in IP-based media workflows. It actively monitors the health of both primary and secondary signal paths, guaranteeing the highest quality content delivery by instantly transitioning to a backup source at the first sign of errors. This preserves the integrity of the broadcast and eliminates the potential for viewer disruption.

The Integration leverages Techex's tx darwin IP video gateway, which provides high throughput transport protection and monitoring for critical broadcast services. This, coupled with TAG s real-time monitoring and analytics, allows for immediate detection and resolution of any issues that may arise during transmission or processing.
