
Do not steal your future: an Alliance against Internet piracy El Ministerio de Educaci n, Cultura y Deporte ha promovido esta campa a de sensibilizaci n que cuenta con el apoyo de LaLiga profesional de f tbol y la colaboraci n de ADIF, Atresmedia, la Federaci n de Cines de Espa a (FECE), Disney, Discovery Channel, Mediapro, Movistar , Orange, Vodafone, PrisaRadio, Grupo Kiss Media y RTVE.
Este viernes comienza la emisi n de la campa a para sensibilizar en la lucha contra la pirater a en Internet No piratees tu futuro. El Ministerio de Educaci n, Cultura y Deporte ha promovido esta campa a institucional que cuenta con el apoyo de LaLiga y la colaboraci n de un buen n mero de medios de comunicaci n, salas de cine y de ADIF que voluntariamente se han sumado a la misma emitiendo y publicando los anuncios de manera gratuita. Con ello se muestra el compromiso de todos los implicados en la lucha contra la pirater a de contenidos culturales o futbol sticos a trav s de Internet.
Atresmedia, Disney, Discovery Channel, Mediapro, Movistar , PrisaRadio, y Vodafone han cedido voluntariamente espacios publicitarios en sus canales para emitir los anuncios. RTVE difundir n los spots tanto en sus emisoras de radio, como en los canales de televisi n, redes sociales y p gina web. Las salas de cine, agrupadas en la Federaci n de Salas de Cine (FECE), proyectar n los anuncios en los trailers previos a las pel culas y ADIF, publicar los carteles en las estaciones de tren. La campa a no ha tenido coste para el erario p blico. Durante tres meses se emitir en televisi n, radio, plataformas audiovisuales y p ginas web en todos aquellos medios que quieran colaborar.
Esta campa a se enmarca en la pol tica del Gobierno, recogida en el Plan Cultura 2020, para combatir la vulneraci n de los derechos de propiedad intelectual. Esta pol tica tiene dos vertientes complementarias: la persecuci n legal y la prevenci n.
Las medidas legales se han visto reforzadas en la ltima reforma de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil y del C digo Penal. No piratees tu futuro' se pone en marcha con la finalidad estrat gica de educar y sensibilizar a la sociedad como mecanismo de prevenci n.
Cuatro maneras de llegar al p blico
No piratees tu futuro pretende llegar a un p blico principalmente joven, sin descartar a ning n otro, plasmando el mensaje a trav s de los intereses particulares que pueda tener cada uno: cine, f tbol, literatura o m sica.
La pirater a de contenidos es una lacra que impide crecer al sector cultural y deportivo. Detr s de una canci n, una pel cula, un libro o incluso un partido de f tbol, hay muchos profesionales que trabajan para dar a conocer sus obras y que las podamos disfrutar. No piratees tu futuro aspira a sensibilizar en el respeto al derecho que posee cada persona para desarrollarse profesionalmente como autor, cineasta, m sico o futbolista, utilizando estos cuatro ejemplos en las creatividades de la campa a.
Seg n los datos de la Encuesta de Poblaci n Activa, en 2016 cerca de 545.000 personas trabajaron en el sector cultural, lo que representa un 3% del empleo total en Espa a. A estas cifras habr a que sumar las que se dedican al f tbol o a los trabajos auxiliares necesarios para producir un contenido cultural como, por ejemplo, peluquer a, maquillaje, transporte, catering, hosteler a . Sin un consumo legal, que respete los derechos de autor, estos empleos desaparecer an.
