Staff at Nuffield Health Tees Hospital Love Their New Fujifilm Visionary Suite

Nuffield Health have invested in multiple Fujifilm Visionary Suites since the premium x-ray room solution was launched four years ago, and the latest installation has recently been completed at Nuffield Health Tees Hospital. The hospital was already an enthusiastic Fujifilm customer, having been one of the first UK hospitals to purchase an FDR nano mobile unit, and one of the first Nuffield sites to install an AMULET Innovality mammography system.

The new room has exceeded all our expectations, said Nicola Gregson-Maidwell, Radiology Manager at Nuffield Health Tees. From day one we all loved this system. The speed of image acquisition is very impressive and the image quality is just excellent. The interface is so easy to work with and very intuitive.

Our clients are benefiting from a greatly reduced patient dose, and the rise and fall, floating table is great and makes it so much easier for our patients to get on and off. The x-ray tube is easy to manoeuvre and very smooth, especially when using the remote control tube positioning option. The system is aesthetically pleasing and very well designed.

Sue Oliver, Operational Development Lead for Diagnostic Imaging and Nuffield Health, also commented on how pleased the staff at Tees Hospital were with the installation work.

We had comments from across our workforce - from cleaners, radiographers, kitchen staff, radiologists - to say how good the Fujifilm team had been, working late, creating a clean and tidy working environment and always polite. The room looks great and we're looking forward to our next Fujifilm installation in Leeds.
