Merle Haggard Guest Stars on the Season Finale of the Marty Stuart Show

One of country music's most revered icons, Merle Haggard, is the guest star on this year's season finale of The Marty Stuart Show, which will air on RFD-TV, Saturday, June 29th at 8:00 p.m. (Eastern). This half hour retro-music and variety program, now an Emmy Award contender, is broadcast on Rural Media Group's premier network, RFD-TV, which is available in more than 42-million US homes via satellite and cable.

In addition to Haggard, this year's line-up of special guests included an eclectic mix of icons and stars including Sheryl Crow, Gene Watson, Old Crow Medicine Show, Charley Pride, Iris Dement, and The Del McCoury Band.

The Marty Stuart Show, which will begin production of season 6 soon, is part of the RFD-TV network's regular Saturday Night Music Row block of music and variety programming. The series, which hasgone from strength-to-strength over the past 5 years, is among RFD-TV's top-rated series.
