G tersloh - For the tenth time in a row, Arvato Systems received the coveted Top Employer Germany award in January 2023. By placing among the top 10 certified companies, the IT specialist once again demonstrates its outstanding performance in terms of human resources management and employee conditions.

To be eligible for Top Employer certification, companies first undergo a comprehensive admission process. HR strategies and processes are then evaluated, and all key areas in HR are examined. These include topics such as talent strategy and acquisition, training and development, career and succession planning, as well as working conditions, corporate culture and sustainability.

The multi-stage evaluation process ensures that the validation of the results is completed objectively and independently. In the process, the Top Employer Institute adapts its evaluation criteria year after year to the highest standards in HR work.

The official Top Employers Awards ceremony took place on January 17, 2023, as part of an international digital event. Representatives of hundreds of companies from around the world gathered to celebrate the winners. Another attended event took place on January 18, 2023, in D sseldorf, where our HR Colleagues received the Top Employer certification in person.
