According to the NFTS, Cochrane's extensive experience in marketing and communications will prove invaluable to the school as it looks to deliver a step-change around awareness of it globally

Former executive vice president and country manager of WarnerMedia UK and Ireland Polly Cochrane has been appointed a member of the National Film and Television School's board of governors.
According to the NFTS, Cochrane's extensive experience in marketing and communications will prove invaluable to the school as it looks to deliver a step-change around awareness of it globally.
Her deep understanding of the broad media landscape will allow the school to expand its reach further, said the NFTS, ensuring a diverse range of future screen talent will have access to the training opportunities the NFTS has to offer.
Other members of the NFTS' board include EA's chief commercial officer Scott Forrest, BBC's chief content officer Charlotte Moore, Channel 4's head of drama Caroline Hollick and Prime Video/Amazon Studios' head of UK and europe creative EDI Miranda Wayland.
Sophie Turner Laing, chair of the National Film and Television School commented: We're thrilled to have Polly Cochrane join the NFTS Board of Governors. Her unmatched expertise will be invaluable to the School's development and the insights she will provide will significantly aid both the School and our students.
Cochrane added; I'm excited to be joining the NFTS and keen to offer a fresh perspective to help this renowned institution continue to nurture talent across the UK and the rest of the world.
