Torquemotoren: Bearbeitungsgenauigkeit im Submikrometer-Bereich
Mit einer innovativen Optimierung der IDAM-Torquemotoren-Baureihe SRV eliminiert Schaeffler St rkr fte und -momente des Motors, die bei blicher Bauweise in Rundachsen und Rundtischen Verkippungen der Achse bzw. der Aufspannfl che im Mikrometer-Bereich verursachen. Diese Verkippungen beeintr chtigen die Oberfl chenqualit t bei Pr zisionsbearbeitungen und f hren zu zus tzlichen Kosten durch die erforderliche Nacharbeit.
Bei der Zerspanung mit sehr steifen und direktangetriebenen Rundachsen in ultrapr zisen Fr s-, Schleif- und Verzahnungsmaschinen kann an Werkst cken das Ph nomen kurzwelliger Oberfl chenfehler auftreten. Sie sind oft an optischen Effekten auf den Oberfl chen, wie z.B. an regelm igen Streifen oder Schatten oder an Schleifsternen auf Stirnseiten, erkennbar. Diese Genauigkeitsabweichungen von kleiner einem Mikrometer bis zu wenigen Mikrometern f hren zu Qualit tsproblemen an hochpr zisen Werkst cken im Formenbau, der Linsenendbearbeitung oder bei Verzahnungsteilen h chster G te. Ursache f r die Abweichungen sind pulsierende Axial- und Radialkr fte aus den Magnetfeldern des Torque-Antriebes, die sich ber einen Hebelarm als St rkr fte und -momente an der Lagerung auswirken. Diese f r das Lager relativ kleinen Lasten verursachen Achsverlagerungen und Verkippungen im Submikrometerbereich, die sich in der Werkst ckoberfl che abbilden k nnen. Insbesondere bei Schleifsternen ist die Fehlerperiode meist auf die Polzahl zur ckzuf hren. Das Ph nomen ist keineswegs neu, jedoch sind die Oberfl chenqualit ten heute so hoch, dass diese Ph nomene an den Bearbeitungsspuren sichtbar werden k nnen. Zudem sind die Anforderungen an Formtoleranzen und Oberfl chenqualit ten in einigen Branchen so stark gestiegen, dass der Aufwand f r eine Nacharbeit nicht mehr toleriert wird und der Markt nach einer L sung verlangt.
Die Ingenieure der INA - Drives & Mechatronics AG & Co. KG (IDAM), Direktantriebsspezialistin innerhalb der Schaeffler Gruppe, entwickelten als L sung eine doppelte Motorstruktur, bei der sich die auftretenden St rkr fte und -momente im Motor intern ausgleichen und so die genannten Oberfl chenfehler in der Ultrapr zisionsfertigung wirksam vermieden werden k nnen.
Die auf diesem Prinzip basierenden, innovativen SRV-Torquemotoren sind trotz des komplexeren Aufbaus mit den markt blichen Torquemotoren austauschbar. F r die neue Baureihe sind Luftspaltdurchmesser von 89 bis ber 460 mm und Magneth hen von 25 bis 200 mm vorgesehen. Die Serie ist mit der Baugr e 89 mm Luftspaltdurchmesser bereits gestartet.
Durch den Einsatz der neuen SRV-Torquemotoren erfolgt kein messbarer Eintrag von pulsenden motorbedingten Axial- und Radialkr ften in die Maschinenstruktur. Beste Oberfl chen ohne optische Fehler und mit extremer Form- und Ma haltigkeit sind nunmehr realisierbar. Gleichzeitig bieten die neuen Motoren sehr hohe Drehzahlen von bis zu 14.000 min-1.
