The Sports Video Group is pleased to welcome Dimetis as a corporate sponsor. For more than 18 years, the company has developed tools for broadcasting, media-workflow automation, video-workflow orchestration, postproduction workflow, NFV/SDN orchestration, and much more.
Dimetis helps streamline operations and is an agnostic vendor, interfacing and working with all vendors, hardware or software. Its global installed base of customers includes broadcasters ARD and ZDF in Germany and RAS and Rai Wai in Italy and network operators AT&T, A1 Telekom Austria, GlobeCast France, GTT/Hibernia (USA and Europe), Telstra Australia, and Telenor Norkring Norway.

During the 2016 Tour de France and the 2016 UEFA European Championship, Dimetis provided its BOSS BROADCAST Manager software solution to configure, monitor, control, and manage streaming facilities and multiplex centers. The BOSS BROADCAST Manager was able to monitor a large number of devices independently of manufacturer and technology, while hiding the complexity from the customer.
Dimetis was successful in providing seamless provisioning and control, as well as service-oriented monitoring with immediate automatic failover.
