It seems it was yesterday when 2015 started! A year for which VSN had set ambitious goals and that was meant to bear witness of a big expansion of the company in all regions. The results? Twelve months later, VSN has become one of the most active and interesting companies in the Broadcast and Media & Entertainment and has been able to position VSNEXPLORER, its media management suite, at the technological vanguard of the sector. Goals met! Now, we are committed to keep on working so that 2016 is even better than 2015.

VSN's solutions visit the most important events: As usual every year, the VSN Team has travelled all around the world to present the new features of its complete portfolio of broadcast solutions. From BroadcastAsia in Singapore to NABShow in Las Vegas, CABSAT in Dubai or IBC in Amsterdam, VSNEXPLORER and its media management modules have visited the most active cities in the world to show the public everything they can achieve.
VSNEXPLORER keeps expanding its features: This year we have launched all around the world From End-to-End to Anywhere , a revolutionary concept that get together traditional media management and new technologies, second screens, cloud and the Internet. VSNEXPLORER keeps growing, with new features for the management of audiovisual asset, collaborative work, advanced cataloguin, Business Intelligence reports and quality control.
Development of key relation with partners: With the goal of empowering the integration of our solutions with other reliable and trusted systems present in the international market, during 2015 we have developed a closer relation with our partners. This has allowed us to launch combined actions with companies such as Facilis Technology (a Webinar on Production Asset Management) or Ross Video (whose specialists trained our engineering team and visited real VSN clients to learn more about our technology).
Webinars, White Papers and Product Informations: During 2015 we have made a big effort to empower the information that our users and clients can access to ease the development of the technical documentation in the industry. Thanks to this commitment, we have launched nine Webinars about all our solutions, and published several Product Informations and White Papers about our products and the latest market trends.
Customer Satisfaction above all: 2015 it was set as a challenging year for VSN in terms of customer satisfaction and it went beyond its expectations. Average rate for post-sales projects and incidents was above 8 out of 10, and it was thanks to our post-sale team, and the commitment of Aaron L pez, COO at VSN; Javier Sabater, Head of Support; and Joan Ramon Ruiz, Head of Projects. Their mission is to keep improving customer success to make our customers our best advocates for our potential clients.
What about the future? The massively positive feedback we have recieved from our clients and users this years and the expansion of our solutions in all the areas that we are present in is the best proof that we are on the right path. We keep working to make tomorrow even more successful than yesterday and to make sure that our solutions keep on making life easier for our clients.
