Ten years at the top for Gearhouse and Britain s Got Talent

Gearhouse Broadcast, a leading supplier of specialist broadcast solutions, is working on hit ITV talent show Britain's Got Talent for the tenth year running. Tasked by the show's sound director, Robert Edwards, with supplying radio microphones, in-ear monitors (IEMs) and on-site technical support, Gearhouse ensures that the show's contestants, judges and presenters can be tracked throughout the stage and backstage area at London's Fountain Studios.

The wireless audio workflow Gearhouse provides includes the SennheiserDigital 9000 systemwhich delivers error-free sound as well as ten SKM 5200 wireless microphones, 24 SK 5212 handheld transmittersfor the contestants, 16 EM 3732 dual receiver systemsand four SR 2000 IEM monitoring systems.

The final of Britain's Got Talent tookplace Saturday 28 May with the winner - magician Richard Jones, taking home£250,000 and a spot on the 2016 Royal Variety Performance.
