La empat a, clave para el xito de la realidad virtual Alejandro Vega, director de RTVE Digital, subraya que el futuro de la realidad virtual pasa por contenidos m s inmersivos e interactivos, coberturas second screen 360 , potenciaci n como herramienta de marketing, uso en redes sociales y una reinvenci n de los productos y contenidos VR.
Alejandro Vega, director de RTVE Digital, ha participado en el Observatorio de Realidad Virtual celebrado en M laga esta semana para compartir sus impresiones sobre los nuevos entornos inmersivos y exponer la posici n de Televisi n Espa ola ante estos nuevos retos.
Para Vega, la principal clave de xito de la realidad virtual es la empat a ya que nos la posibilidad de vivir el xodo de los refugiados camino a Europa o sentir lo que experimenta una persona con s ndrome de cautiverio. Adem s, permite visitar lugares inaccesibles, pisar Marte o cruzar por un cable dos rascacielos de Nueva York . Pero, a ade, lo m s importante es la historia que contemos. La tecnolog a hoy es ya relativamente sencilla de trabajar .
A su juicio, el futuro de la realidad virtual pasa por contenidos m s inmersivos e interactivos, coberturas second screen 360 , potenciaci n como herramienta de marketing, uso en redes sociales y una reinvenci n de los productos y contenidos VR. Todo ello, conllevar a un cambio en el h bito del consumo de los contenidos.
Experiencias de TVE
A lo largo de los ltimos dos a os, Televisi n Espa ola ha llevado a cabo una serie de experiencias en v deo 360 y realidad virtual de cara a testar las posibilidades narrativas y t cnicas de estos nuevos entornos. La primera producci n la encontramos a finales de 2015 cuando produjo un concierto de Mal en v deo 360 con realizaci n multic mara y un concepto transmedia (televisi n, v deo 360 y app en iOS y Android).
En marzo de 2016, puso en marcha una serie de contenidos virtuales asociados a la serie Ingenier a Romana. Permit a al espectador sumergirse en la Tarraco romana con realidad virtual y aumentada (disponible en web, iOS y Android). Ahora, tiene entre manos un nuevo proyecto en esta l nea con una misiserie protagonizada por gladiadores.
Pero, sin duda, una de las experiencias m s ambiciosas en VR por parte de TVE fue la producci n en abril de 2016 de un cap tulo interactivo de la popular serie The Ministry of time. sta fue la primera producci n pensada para todos los dispositivos, incluido Samsung Gear.
Posteriormente, lleg Vive R o: Hero nas, donde en v deo 360 y con la ayuda de gr ficos virtuales las campeonas ol mpicas mostraban su d a a d a de cara a los Juegos Ol mpicos. En su producci n, disponible para todas las plataformas VR, se emplearon c maras Sony Alha, GoPro, drones, sonido perif rico
Uno de los ltimos proyectos es Escena 360, que recoge en realidad virtual producciones relacionadas con las artes esc nicas. Dentro de esta serie se han producido: La cocina, un transmedia teatral en colaboraci n con Equipo Vysion, la CND y RNE; Mis ntropo, con Equipo Vysion y la colaboraci n de Pav n Teatro y Kamikaze; Alento, danza cl sica, con el equipo de The VRain, y la colaboraci n el Ballet Nacional de Espa a; y Cervantes VR, un proyecto desarrollado por Iralta VR en colaboraci n con el Lab de RTVE.es.
Por ltimo, hace apenas unos d as rodaban una nueva entrega en el marco del Festival de Teatro de Almagro y prepara ya un nuevo cap tulo de The Ministry of time.
Alejandro Vega concluy su intervenci n asegurando que la pol tica de TVE en realidad a producciones inmersivas sigue una triple estrategia: escritorio para lograr visibilidad, distribuci n por YouTube para lograr viralidad; y apps y markets virtuales para para ofrecer la m xima calidad y enriquecer la experiencia de usuario.
