Cineworld Group Selects Volfoni for 3D Cinema Systems Rollout

London, England, 10th April 2018 Volfoni, the leading European provider of 3D technology, today announced that Cineworld Group (LON:CINE), one of the leading cinema groups in Europe, has selected Volfoni for a 3D cinema systems rollout across multiple cities and countries in Europe.

Cineworld Group is the second largest cinema group in Europe, and is listed on the London Stock exchange. It owns and operates four brands, across nine territories including: Cineworld Cinemas, Cinema City, Picture House, and Yes Planet. The Group operates in nine countries: UK, Poland, Israel, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia and Ireland with more than 2000 screens. Last year, the Group achieved over 100 million customer admissions across all its cinemas.

Cineworld selected Volfoni for their 3D cinema systems and deployed a combination of Volfoni's products, including the highly efficient SmartCrystal NEO series and the award-winning SmartCrystal Diamond series. The deployment is across multiple countries, including the UK, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia.
