We're always looking to improve learning experiences for our customers, and after hearing directly from them about needing ways to include more specific and relevant content formats to help increase usage by learners, we are excited to announce the availability of LinkedIn Learning Pro.

LinkedIn Learning provides easy-to-use, interactive learning, with insights-based recommendations to make learning relevant, and enjoyable. With LinkedIn Learning Pro, we've added more ways to increase employee usage and track learner activity by allowing L&D administrators to:

Add custom content videos from real world experts that are made for your company as well as third-party videos. Formats for video now include mp4, m4v, wmv and mov.

Use a simple administrator tool to upload, manage and track custom content videos. Administrators can also now track learner progress and completion of custom content video uploads within existing reports.

Make courses easier to find as administrators can now tag custom content videos from any source so learners can effortlessly search, or even be pointed to relevant content based on their interests, skills and needs.

With Pro, we offer more ways for L&D administrators to improve their strategy and deliver the most relevant, up-to-date and engaging learning content for career and skills development.

In addition to video content, in the coming months we'll also be rolling out the ability to add different content formats, such as PDF and PowerPoint, to give organizations even more flexibility to encourage employee learning.
