16th April marks the first anniversary of Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women broadcasting live for the first time from BBC Studioworks' Television Centre facility.

Over the past 12 months, BBC Studioworks has facilitated over 1,000 episodes of the four shows with highlights including the recent April Fool's makeover/car crash prank at Holly Willoughby's expense, a merry-go-round in the This Morning studio for its Halloween episode and Loose Women's World Record attempt at dressing up as an elf in less than 35 seconds.

Good Morning Britain and This Morning share TVC's Studio TC3, with their sets sitting back-to-back across the 8,000 sq. ft. studio floor. Lorraine and Loose Women both reside in the adjacent 3,430 sq. ft. Studio TC2, with a daily turnaround between the sets as soon as Lorraine comes off-air.

BBC Studioworks has 10 dedicated crew members who work in partnership with the 60-strong ITV Studios Daytime crew. They range from scenic operations and technical services, through to electrical, engineering and production support.

ITV Studios Daytime has already announced plans to continue using Television Centre for the foreseeable future with other ITV shows also broadcasting from the studios. Peston operates out of Studio TC2; This Morning Sunday also broadcasts from the facility.

ITV Studios Daytime has produced and created 1,800 hours of content in our first year, here, and now six days a week, so I'm really proud of everyone's achievements.
