Adder Technology, a global leader in connectivity solutions and high performance IP KVM, has announced two exclusive customer offers aimed to support customer migration to the latest IP KVM technology and safeguard the backbone of their IP KVM network. The launch of the Adder Trade Up Program and the AIMCare Service once again puts the customer at the center of Adder's strategic vision.

Adder Trade Up Program

The new Trade Up program is designed to support customers operating in mission-critical environments, who are reliant on ADDERLink INFINITY KVM networks using an ADDERLink INFINITY Manager (AIM-24) server. This exclusive offer, available until December 31st 2023, allows customers to quickly and easily migrate to the latest high performance IP KVM technology. Any customer currently using AIM-24 servers can trade in up to two units, and receive two new ASP-001 models, a year's AIMCare cover per server, and a rack mount kit. The offer also includes license transfer to the new servers, simplifying the migration and minimizing customer downtime. The Trade Up program reduces reliance on backup servers and no unexpected repair costs, a valuable assurance for businesses where every second counts.
