Pixelmetrix Danny Wilson to speak at PBS Technology & Broadcast Engineering Conferences during NAB 2013
Singapore, April 3, 2013 - Come NAB, Danny Wilson, Pixelmetrix President and CEO, will be speaking at two prominent conferences - PBS Technology Conference on Friday, April 5 at 11.45 am, Planet Hollywood Melrose 1 and 2, and Broadcast Engineering Conference (BEC) on Wednesday, April 10 at 3.30 pm, Las Vegas Convention Center, Room S227.
The presentation at the PBS TechCon, Keeping Up with OTT: QoE/QoS Metrics for Over-The-Top Television, highlights the unique challenges of providing quality OTT service, while over at the BEC, he will enlighten on CDN Mechanics: Managing Your Origin Server.
In this business, technologies are constantly evolving, and conferences such as the PBS TechCon and Broadcast Engineering provide excellent platforms for the exchange of ideas and acquisition of new knowledge. Also, at our booth SU4302, we are excited to launch our latest Analytics for Television for operators seeking OTT QoS/QoE, quality, low latency encoders, media monitoring solutions, and more. said Danny Wilson.
Wilson is a frequent speaker at broadcast television conferences and educational conventions in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. He is currently a member of the IPTV workgroup in Singapore. Previously, he served as the Editor for the Performance Monitoring/Quality of Service workgroup of the ITU-T/IPTV-FG.
NAB 2013 will be held from April 8 to 11, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
