Orad today announced its product line up for the NAT event held in Crocus Expo, Moscow, Russia from November 19-21. Showcasing the newest broadcast graphic and video server technology, Orad's solutions are designed to provide broadcasters with capabilities that streamline productions and maximize productivity and broadcast workflows.
From video server solutions to powerful broadcast graphics solutions for all types of productions, Orad's solutions are ideal for every type of workflow and requirement. Headlining the Orad product line up at NAT this year are PlayMaker, VJ, Blend, Maestro, and 3DPlay solutions.

ABOUT ORAD'S SOLUTIONS AT NAT 2013
PlayMaker, Orad's next generation sports replay server, provides up to 8 I/O channels of high quality ingest in multiple video formats, with synchronized slow motion replay, and powerful yet simple editing tools. PlayMaker has been enhanced to include studio mode, a dedicated workflow for highlight editing of multiple playlists from various incoming feeds, and FlexFX for real-time video effects and 3D graphic transitions for sports highlights, integrated into PlayMaker's workflow.
VJ production server provides a tapeless workflow from ingest to playout. VJ ingests feeds from a wide-range of sources including satellite, VTRs, cameras, and stores them as video clips. These clips are seamlessly exported to industry-standard Non Linear and Craft Editors, and once edited the clips are imported back to VJ for immediate playout. New features include adding metadata to each clip, and TimeControl, a 24/7 plugin that schedules recordings and playout automatically.
Blend file based channel in a box solution which provides HD/SD video playout coupled with 3D real time graphics. By providing a full solution for playout and branded graphics, Blend eliminates workflow complexity, making it ideal for MCRs, playout facilities and disaster recovery. New to NAT is Blend's ingest module which manages the entire video ingest process until the point that the content is ready to play on the Blend's playout channel.
The new version the Maestro enterprise graphics solution for studio and news productions will be presented at NAT for the first time. Maestro 6.7 has been enhanced to provide graphic asset management enabling integrated and collaborative workflow between the different users and different sites. Maestro integrates with commonly used newsroom, NLE and studio automation systems.
3DPlay, Orads advanced channel branding solution, offers stunning 3D graphics for promo over credits, multiple tickers, video clips playback, etc. 3DPlay covers the entire workflow from integration with traffic, scheduling and automation, to frame accurate graphic playout. 3DPlay offers user management, customized metadata, and logic based scripting-free graphics.
