New CFO Dr. Jan Kemper to also head M&A at ProSiebenSat.1

CIO Dr. Ralf Schremper to join long-time ProSiebenSat.1 partner Oakley Capital Private Equity

Munich, April 26, 2017. Dr. Jan Kemper will also assume responsibility for the M&A business of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as of August 1, 2017, in addition to his duties as CFO of the Group. Kemper will become CFO at ProSiebenSat.1 on June 1, 2017. At the same time, Chief Investment Officer Dr. Ralf Schremper, whose contract ends on March 31, 2018, will leave the Company after seven years on July 31, 2017. He will become partner at Oakley Capital Private Equity in London. The private equity company is a long-time business partner of ProSiebenSat.1. Recently, the two firms collaborated on the acquisitions of the price comparison portal Verivox and the online dating platform Parship Elite Group.

Dr. Florian Tappeiner will lead the M&A department of the Group operatively and report directly to Dr. Jan Kemper. He has been Executive Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions since September 2016 and previously reported to Dr. Ralf Schremper in this role. Tappeiner has been working within the Company since 2015. Prior to joining ProSiebenSat.1, he was Director at the private equity company H.I.G. Capital, amongst others.

Thomas Ebeling, CEO of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE: Ralf Schremper has been directly responsible for our strategic acquisitions in recent years and thus significantly involved in the expansion of our digital portfolio. I wish him all the best at Oakley and I am very pleased that he will surely stay attached to ProSiebenSat.1 in his new role. Our new CFO Jan Kemper will assume his responsibilities and I am convinced that he will successfully pursue ProSiebenSat.1's acquisition strategy together with our excellent M&A team under the direction of Florian Tappeiner.

Since 2010, Dr. Ralf Schremper has been responsible for the Mergers & Acquisitions department at ProSiebenSat.1 as Executive Vice President. In addition, in 2011 he was first Head of Group Controlling and then CFO and Managing Director of Red Arrow Entertainment Group. In March 2013, he assumed the role of CFO and Managing Director of Digital & Adjacent in addition to his M&A activities. As of April 1, 2014, Dr. Ralf Schremper has been part of the ProSiebenSat.1 executive board as Chief Investment Officer.
