VSN will show its latest MAM and Live Production features at BIT Broadcast 2014 06 May 2014The attendants to the tradeshow, which is held in Madrid on May 20-22th, will have the chance to know firsthand the new products and features of VSN s suite of solutions. More specifically, VSNEXPLORER PAM, production module of its MAM-BPM, and VSNLIVECOM, news and sports studio automation.
VSN s production module, VSNEXPLORER PAM, presented last month at Las Vegas NABShow, adds Premiere, FCP and Avid MC sequence management features to VSN s contents management and business process solution. By registering the sequences in the system, it s possible to control the associated media at any time, archive complete projects and optimize the use of production storage.
Apart from the new production module, VSN s MAM-BPM solution, VSNEXPLORER, comes with improvements in its search features, the chance to send contents to social networks and WebTV and native integration with Sony s ODA library. VSNEXPLORER is also cloud-available, and has UMP transfer acceleration protocol integrated, something that makes it one of the most complete solutions in the market for distributed broadcast environments and contents exchange platforms.
VSN s news and live production solution will also show new changes at BIT Broadcast. Visitors will have the chance to see a demo of VSNLIVECOM, MOS compatible studio automation, with up to 16 channels control (4 A/B/C/D, 4 auxiliars and its redundancies) integrated with VSNNEWS TERMINAL and third-party NCS. Another new feature is VSNLIVELOGGER, live events cataloguing tool.
Visitors can also know more about the different modules of VSN s MCR automation and distribution solution, whose main feature is VSNMULTICOM, advanced continuity automation, now fully integrated with webTV.
