First live TV cooking workshop with Rudolph van Veen on Ziggo digital channel

On Sunday 15 December, Rudolph van Veen will be hosting Holland's very first live cooking workshop.Step by step, the 24Kitchen TV chef will be showing viewers how to make a range of delicious Christmas snacks:Christmas Bites.During the two-hour long live broadcast, viewers will be invited to cook at home along with the chef and ask any questions they have on Twitter.Rudolph will be answering the questions and providing useful tips live during the broadcast. The Christmas cooking workshop has been made possible thanks to Ziggo in cooperation with 24Kitchen. Watch live on digital channel 12 or the website Ziggo subscribers can watch the workshop live on digital channel 12, and it can be seen by everyone at www.ziggo.nl/kookworkshop.From experienced cooks to those who simply know how to boil an egg, everyone can join in, becauseall the dishes are made in real time, nothing at all will have been prepared in advance of the broadcast.

Rudolph will be cooking the Christmas Bites between 2 PM and 4 PM.The Bites consist of tapas-like dishes, in whichthe celebrity chef recognises a clear trend: More and more people are opting to cook several small dishes for their dinner parties rather than just one large main-course dish.Making more dishes than usual can be quite a challenge,but we'll be providing plenty of useful and practical tips in our cooking workshop, proving that you can also have an exciting and varied choice of Christmas Bites on the table in just two hours, Rudolph van Veen told us.

During the broadcast, workshop participants can ask questions live or share their photos on Twitter or Facebook at #christmasbites.Rudolph will be answering questions and providing tips live during the programme.The shopping list for Christmas Bites is available on the ziggo.nl/kookworkshop website, which also includes extra recipes in addition to those made during the programme.
