In Schiffsanwendungen sowie in der Solar- und Wasserkraft k nnen Gleitlager ihre Vorz ge voll ausspielen, da sie f r die dort auftretenden langsamen Schwenkbewegungen bei hohen Kr ften optimiert wurden. Dar ber hinaus k nnen Gleitlager gut f r den Betrieb in Medien, zum Beispiel Wasser, ausgelegt oder auch im Trockenlauf betrieben werden. Schaeffler hat sein Portfolio an Gleitlagerl sungen systematisch ausgebaut. Neben den seit vielen Jahren bew hrten wartungspflichtigen und wartungsfreien INA-Gleitlagern mit ELGOGLIDE umfasst das Produktprogramm auch Metall-Polymer-Verbundgleitlager sowie INA-Gleitlager mit ELGOTEX .
INA-Gleitlager mit ELGOTEX WA speziell f r den Marineeinsatz
INA-Gleitlager mit ELGOTEX WA sind salzwasserresistent und wurden speziell f r den Marineeinsatz als Ruderlager oder in Stabilisatoren entwickelt und gem MCM-0112 vom Germanischen Lloyd zertifiziert. Diese Ausf hrung ist explizit f r Wasserschmierung geeignet und kann daher auf eine aufw ndige Abdichtung verzichten, wie sie bei herk mmlichen W lz- und Gleitlagern erforderlich w re.
Das ELGOTEX WA-Material besteht aus zwei Schichten, die aufeinander gewickelt werden. Durchg ngige Kunst- und PTFE-Fasern bilden die innen liegende Gleitschicht, die mit F ll- und Festschmierstoffen in einer Harzmatrix eingebettet ist. Die u ere Schicht besteht aus ebenso durchgehenden Glasfasern (Glasfilament) in Epoxidharz. Ein spezifischer Wickelwinkel stabilisiert die Schichten, was die Festigkeit der Buchse deutlich erh ht. F r INA-Gleitlager mit ELGOTEX WA wird in K rze ein Standardprogramm verf gbar sein. Davon abweichende Sonderabmessungen sind auf Anfrage m glich.
Ein klarer Vorteil der INA-Gleitlager mit ELGOTEX WA ist die erh hte Tragf higkeit im Vergleich zu den am Markt verf gbaren Produkten f r den Einsatz in Marineanwendungen. Anstatt des bisherigen Standards von max. 10 N/mm2 Fl chenpressung kann ELGOTEX WA mit bis zu 25 N/mm2 belastet werden. Vom Germanischen Lloyd wurde ELGOTEX WA im Marineeinsatz f r Belastungen bis 15 N/mm zertifiziert. Die h here Leistungsdichte sorgt daf r, dass bei gleichen Betriebsbedingungen die Gebrauchsdauer von Lagern mit ELGOTEX WA erheblich gesteigert wird, bzw. dass umgekehrt bei den bisherigen Lebensdauerwerten Lager mit ELGOTEX WA h her belastet werden k nnen. Dies er ffnet neue konstruktive M glichkeiten f r das Downsizing oder auch f r die Reduzierung von unterschiedlichen Lagervarianten in einer Anwendung.
Da das Gleitlager selbst die Schmierung im Wasser bernimmt, kann auf den Einsatz von l und Fett sowie die Abdichtung verzichtet werden. Beim Einsatz im Wasser bedeutet dies einen erheblichen kologischen Vorteil.
Ein Gleitlager viele M glichkeiten
Die verwendete Materialpaarung macht Lager mit ELGOTEX WA best ndig gegen korrosive Medien und erm glicht einen gleichbleibend niedrigen Reibwert bei geringem Verschlei und absoluter Wartungsfreiheit. Die Lager sind radial hoch tragf hig, auch bei axialen Bewegungen einsetzbar und unempfindlich gegen St e und Kantenpressungen. Sie sind nicht abgedichtet, k nnen aber zum Schutz vor abrasivem Schmutz mit integrierten Dichtungen geliefert werden. Neben dem Einsatz in Schiffsanwendungen sind INA-Gleitlager mit ELGOTEX WA auch gut f r den Einsatz in der Meerestechnik, im Stahlwasserbau, in Wasserkraftwerken sowie in Pumpen und Turbinen geeignet.
