Munich, October 27, 2014. Emmy Award-winning comedian Billy Eichner is joking his way around the world: Billy on the Street has now been sold in Australia, India and Denmark. The comedy show will be aired on Foxtel Networks The Comedy Channel in Australia, Viacoms Comedy Central in India and TV2 Zulu in Denmark.

Comedy Central, launched in 2012 lines up powerful programming including hit TV series such as Anger Management, South Park, The Tonight show Starring Jimmy Fallon, 30 Rock, The Graham Norton Show and Suits. TV 2
TV 2 DENMARK Ltd. is a state owned public broadcaster launched in 1988, funded by commercials and subscription fees. It is Denmarks leading broadcaster with an annual share of viewing of 23% on the main channel (target group 3+). It operates main channel TV 2 and sister channels TV 2 ZULU, TV 2 CHARLIE, TV 2 FRI, TV 2 FILM and TV 2 NEWS as well as TV 2s on demand platform TV 2 PLAY. The joint commercial share of viewing is around 60% (target group 20-60).
All local Danish productions (except in-house News and Sports) are commissioned from the Danish independent production sector.
The TV 2 portfolio of channels
TV 2 is the companys main channel serving and gathering the broad Danish population across all ages. The channel operates under a public service remit and carries Danish produced original programming about current and social events in Danish society, factual and factual entertainment, news broadcasts, sports, events, big weekend entertainment shows and locally produced drama series. In addition to this, TV 2 broadcasts internationally acquired programming in a variety of genres.
