The group travels to Uruguay, where JoJo is forced to deal with a hurtful story in the media. Later, the unforeseen events continue when a rainstorm cuts the group date short and one contestant makes a startling confession.

Auditions
The auditions continue with one-of-a-kind variety acts competing for the chance to win the $1 million prize. Creator and executive producer Simon Cowell joins fellow judges Heidi Klum, Mel B, and Howie Mandel. Nick Cannon hosts.

Mike Tyson

Sound the Alarm
Rebecca (Nimrat Kaur) recalls first meeting Pilcher (Toby Jones) as an architect, and the creation of Wayward Pines is revealed. Later, Teresa (Shannyn Sossamon) tells CJ (Djimon Hounsou) and Adam (Tim Griffin) she wants to live outside the walls; and Megan (Hope Davis) experiments on the first female Abbie to be captured.
