Rome, 11 May 2023 - Thales Alenia Space, a joint venture between Thales (67%) and Leonardo (33%), wins the Employer Brand 2023 Award, ranking as the third most ideal employer according to Italians. Promoted by Randstad, the worlds leading provider of HR services, the Randstad Employer Brand is an award for big corporations, based on research measuring the level of perceived attractiveness of brands to potential employees.
It is a great honour to receive the Randstad Employer Brand today, commented Massimo Claudio Comparini, CEO of Thales Alenia Space Italia, a prestigious award that once again rewards the entire Thales Alenia Space company. Confident of the fact that the right skills allow us to carry out large Space projects, we are increasingly attentive to the training and enhancement of our talents, as well as the attractiveness of new resources, with the aim of encouraging the innovation that characterizes the space world. Our sector has a very high knowledge imprint, based on constantly evolving technology which today, more than ever, offers great opportunities that we must be capable of seizing.

The Employer Brand Research is a survey conducted by Randstad, the worlds leading provider of human resource services, interviewing almost 7,000 people aged between 18 and 64 in Italy, on the attractiveness of 150 potential employers. The survey was conducted simultaneously in 32 different countries worldwide, and independently (no company can voluntarily register to participate), of approximately 163,000 participants and more than 6,000 companies on a global scale.
