El operador espa ol de sat lites de telecomunicaciones, HISPASAT, llevar a cabo la transmisi n en directo, v a sat lite y en formato 4K, de las conferencias que tendr n lugar en la 4K World Summit de Sevilla, que este a o celebra su segunda edici n con la participaci n de importantes representantes de la industria a nivel mundial.
Este demostrador permitir exponer a los visitantes de la 4K World Summit toda la cadena de valor para la transmisi n de eventos en directo en esta tecnolog a. Para ello, se contar con una unidad de producci n y transmisi n en 4K, as como con el equipamiento de recepci n y visualizaci n de la se al.
sta se retransmitir a trav s del sat lite Hispasat 30W-4 con un ancho de banda de 25Mbps en tecnolog a 4K HEVC 50fps (High Efficiency Video Coding). Adem s de recibirse en el evento, la se al estar disponible en abierto para todos los clientes de televisi n por sat lite en la huella europea de Hispasat desde 30 W, que podr n disfrutar por esta v a de las conferencias y actos que se llevar n a cabo durante la 4K World Summit.
Para este demostrador Hispasat cuenta con la colaboraci n de Hur Broadcast, Medina Media 4K, Ontario Soluciones, Ovide, Samsung y Shooowit.

En la 4K World Summit de este a o se debatir sobre las novedades televisivas experimentadas en este formato durante los Juegos Ol mpicos de R o de Janeiro, la Champions League de f tbol, la Eurocopa o la Liga espa ola, entre otras transmisiones que ser n examinadas por los expertos en Ultra Alta Definici n (UHD) los d as 10 y 11 de noviembre en Sevilla (Espa a). Algunos de los debates ser n retransmitidos en exclusiva en los televisores Samsung Smart TV.
En las mesas redondas de la 4K World Summit se contar con ponentes de primer nivel que debatir n sobre tecnolog a y contenidos de la Ultra Alta Definici n (UHD).
