Now FaderPort users get precise plug-in control, custom mapping, pro automation, and more

Neyrinck has introduced V-Control Pro version 3.0 which supercharges Presonus FaderPort 8 and 16 surfaces for professional Pro Tools control. V-Control Pro is available from the Neyrinck store.

The Presonus FaderPort 8 and FaderPort 16 are affordable, fully-featured control surfaces with touch sensitive faders, multi-line displays, and color programmable buttons. But the built-in HUI mode has very limited Pro Tools control, especially with plug-ins where it can't properly map parameters to faders. After extensive research and development, Neyrinck was able to implement plug-in control with precise fader control organized in pages of eight parameters for all plugins and with custom mapping, pro automation, and much more.

Neyrinck's founder, Paul Neyrinck, said This update has FaderPort 8 and 16 owners jumping for joy because their beautiful surface can finally control and automate any Pro Tools plug-in. These are wonderful surfaces to use when mixing and recording. Now every channel strip Select button glows with a color to indicate the track's automation mode which reduces mental fatigue.
