Northwich y Basingstoke, Reino Unido, 14 de Mayo 2013: Farncombe e Inview han anunciado hoy su colaboraci n para ofrecer a los operadores de Latinoam rica una manera nueva y econ mica de lanzar servicios OTT (Over-the-Top) en la regi n.
A trav s de la colaboraci n, llamada T4, Farncombe proporciona sus capacidades de integraci n de sistemas junto con la plataforma OTT de Inview a los operadores de Latinoam rica, lo que les permite mejorar sus servicios de transmisi n mediante una plataforma OTT h brida personalizada y un interfaz de usuario de vanguardia de Inview.
Farncombe ha obtenido gran reconocimiento por su experiencia en el dise o, ensayo y despliegue de soluciones de v deo digital e interfaces de usuario en Europa y Am rica Latina, mientras que Inview ha desplegado servicios OTT h bridos en Europa. Para fortalecer su presencia en la regi n, Farncombe anunci recientemente que est trabajando con CMAG, empresa brasile a consultora de telecomunicaciones. Al asociarse, Farncombe e Inview tienen la experiencia para ofrecer soluciones OTT personalizadas, dise adas para satisfacer las necesidades particulares del mercado latinoamericano.
La plataforma OTT T4 aprovecha la soluci n OTT de Inview, llamada Liberator, que consta de un ecosistema modular integral para una entrega r pida y escalable de servicios OTT. Liberator incluye un sistema administrativo y de gesti n de servicios, basados en la nube, junto con una biblioteca de aplicaciones de TV ya preparada, con contenido local, que se puede comercializar inmediatamente. La interfaz de usuario cuenta con:
Gu as de programaci n EPG y barras de informaci n adaptables que integran v deo bajo demanda (VOD, por sus siglas en ingl s) junto con la televisi n lineal;
Aplicaciones de VOD que se pueden vincular a sistemas de facturaci n existentes o a servicios de monedero electr nico;
Un motor de recomendaci n que combina VOD y contenido lineal;
Una biblioteca completa de aplicaciones, con acceso a otros ecosistemas de aplicaciones, tales como Android, si es necesario;
Aplicaciones complementarias para tabletas y dispositivos m viles, permitiendo a los usuarios navegar por la EPG, gestionar sus grabaciones y actualizar su programaci n.
