Company experts take the stage at the IBC Conference programme on Friday, September 11 at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Cheseaux, Switzerland - 3 September 2015 - NAGRA, a Kudelski Group (SIX:KUD.S) company, the worlds leading independent provider of content protection and multiscreen television solutions, will be showcasing its latest technologies for pay-TV service providers at the 2015 IBC taking place September 11-15 at the RAI Exhibition and Conference center in Amsterdam. The company will feature an array of deployable innovations around the three main themes of Secure. Engaging. Everywhere. Sister companies Conax, SmarDTV and Kudelski Security will share the spotlight on stand 1.C81.

Secure will focus on anyCAST's unique adaptive security concept which comprehensively addresses all devices and use cases for a new generation of enhanced content, featuring connected security, 4K content protection and watermarking. NAGRA will show how service providers can leverage connected TVs to seamlessly deliver their broadcast, IPTV and OTT services while easily acquiring 4K content with NAGRA's Hollywood-approved anyCAST solutions.
Engaging will feature latest implementations of OpenTV 5 HTML5 connectware and its integration with key partners such as Netflix. Combined with NAGRA's core digital television components and the JoinIn reference architecture, OpenTV 5 offers a robust solution to help accelerate the launch of secure multiscreen connected-home services for satellite, cable and IP. Demonstrations will include the StarHub IPTV and cable solution and the NET Servi os offering, as well as a gateway whole-home PVR implementation. An immersive 4K user experience will complement the showcase.
Everywhere will highlight the increasing momentum behind NAGRA's MediaLive multiscreen solution and its latest cloud-based features that help increase ARPU and provide value-driven customer retention including nPVR, Download-to-Go, Electronic Sell Through and Dynamic Ad Insertion. MediaLive enables a personalized, operator-branded and secure user experience to any screen, at home or on-the-go.

NAGRA will present in two sessions of the 2015 IBC Conference programme as part of the Advances in Technology stream: Solution Architect Laurent Piron will present the technical session entitled Video Downloading over the Internet - Adaptive Streaming Protocols on Friday, September 11, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. in the Emerald Room of the RAI; and Simon Trudelle, Sr. Director Product Marketing, along with a group of other panelists, will participate in the DASH Industry Forum Supersession and discuss the benefits of deploying a secure player solution. This session will be held in auditorium G102/103 on Friday, September 11, at 2:30 p.m.
