Estas son las opciones que ofrece ISE 2021 a los expositores El director general de Integrated Systems Events, Mike Blackman, detalla en un comunicado a las empresas expositoras del certamen qu opciones tienen de cara a una edici n marca por el impacto del COVID.
Como se ala Mike Blackman en el comunicado a las empresas expositoras que estar n en el certamen: Integrated Systems Events ha estado trabajando arduamente junto a cada uno de ustedes para que ISE 2021 sea un xito en Barcelona, del 1 al 4 de junio de este a o. Nuestro objetivo compartido es ofrecer un espect culo que priorice la seguridad y aporte un retorno de la inversi n a nuestra comunidad de expositores .
En este sentido, el directivo subraya que con la r pida implementaci n de las vacunas, junto con la actual reducci n de los nuevos casos diarios, vemos que la situaci n de la COVID en muchos pa ses europeos (incluyendo Espa a) est mejorando a un ritmo creciente .
Bas ndose en esta tendencia positiva, prevemos un clima que har posible la celebraci n de un evento presencial en Barcelona. Sin embargo, somos realistas en cuanto a que las actitudes actuales respecto a los viajes pueden significar un volumen de asistencia menor que en a os anteriores .
Blackman asegura que estamos revisando todas las opciones y escuchando atentamente los comentarios de la industria, con un plan para ofrecer un evento atractivo en Barcelona para aquellos que deseen formar parte de l .
Seg n los datos del comunicado, ISE es una comunidad de m s de 1.000 expositores y casi 100.000 asistentes, y ha crecido como tal gracias al trabajo conjunto, centrado en el crecimiento del mercado y en ofrecer oportunidades a las incre bles personas que componen esta industria. Reconocemos que no todos los miembros de nuestra comunidad est n en el mismo lugar' en el que concebimos la reuni n o el viaje a Barcelona .
Por ello, Blackman explica que para aquellos expositores y asistentes que no puedan viajar a Barcelona, ofreceremos un s lido programa digital en el que se destacar n contenidos nicos que s lo se pueden encontrar en ISE. Adem s, estamos explorando oportunidades regionales para los mercados locales de Alemania, Pa ses Bajos y Reino Unido, llevando el certamen a la carretera para aquellos que no pueden llegar a Barcelona .
Ante esta situaci n, el directivo a ade que reconociendo y respetando a los numerosos miembros de nuestra comunidad, deseamos dar a todos nuestros expositores la oportunidad de elegir si desean seguir formando parte de ISE 2021 Barcelona, sin impedimentos .
Las propuestas de Integrated Systems Events
No habr que pagar ninguna penalizaci n por las bajas que se produzcan antes del 5 de marzo.
Aquellos expositores que se comprometan a un nivel superior al que puedan necesitar tienen la oportunidad de reducir su compromiso, sin penalizaci n
Aquellas empresas que decidan no continuar y que hayan pagado, parcial o totalmente, por estar en ISE 2021 tendr n la opci n de un reembolso completo de su dinero o podr n utilizarlo como cr dito para participar en otros eventos de ISE en 2021, o incluso como dep sito/pago para ISE 2022. Se trata de usted y de su xito ahora y en el futuro.
Todos los expositores conservar n sus puntos de prioridad de ISE 2020 y podr n participar en el proceso de reserva para ISE 2022, en funci n de sus puntos y clasificaci n de prioridad.
Como se prometi anteriormente, todas las empresas que expongan en ISE 2021 recibir n el doble de puntos por su participaci n en el evento presencial de Barcelona.
Todas las empresas que participen en el formato digital de ISE 2021 o en cualquiera de los futuros eventos locales recibir n puntos prioritarios en funci n de su nivel de inversi n.
En caso de tener que cancelar las reservas de hotel, los plazos de cancelaci n se han ampliado hasta el pr ximo 22 de marzo.
