Total Voting Rights - Replacement

The following announcement replaces the Total Voting Rights announcement made on 1 April 2014 at 7.30am under RNS number 6595D. The changes are identified with an asterisk (*). The full amended text is shown below.

In conformity with rule 5.6.1R of the FCAs Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTRs), The Vitec Group plc (Vitec) is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 March 2014, Vitecs issued capital was 44,168,304* ordinary shares of 20 pence each, each share carrying one vote.

The above figure of 44,168,304* may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Vitec under the DTRs.
