Philips Respironics becomes Chartered Society of Physiotherapy respiratory management online knowledge sponsor -- -- -- --

London, UK Recognising the invaluable work of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy1 (CSP) in support of the advancement of physiotherapy education and research, Philips Respironics is delighted to become the CSP's respiratory management online knowledge sponsor.
During the sponsorship, Philips Respironics will be invited to contribute and share its insights into the respiratory management of neuromuscular disease patients through web based guidance2 to help improve patients comfort and quality of life through improved therapies using clinically proven technologies.
Liz Wardell, Marketing Manager for Philips Respironics, commented, Neuromuscular diseases can afflict both young and old and can be extremely debilitating, dramatically altering the quality of life for both patients and families. As a Health and Wellbeing brand, leading in the field of respiratory management we are, therefore, delighted to be able to be working with the CSP, sharing knowledge for the common goal of improving the health and wellbeing of people of all ages who suffer from these conditions.
One of the key focus areas will be exploring how advancements in technologies, such as airway secretion management systems, can improve patients' experience and their quality of care.
