Full moon is happening next week, and the next lunar event is scheduled for later this month as the moon becomes more visible in the sky!

If you're hoping to see the November moon, you should mark your calendars and make sure that you don't miss it. There's only one FULL lunar event for the month, and then one for December until we're at the end of the year already.

Here's when you should look up if you want to see the moon for November, December and January 2024.

Full Moon for November According to the website Time and Date, the full moon event for November is happening on Monday, 27 November.

This is called the Beaver Moon, because it is traditionally the time when beavers are at their fullest in the Northern Hemisphere.

The best time to look up for the November moon is past 20:00.

Full Moon for December According to Time and Date, the December moon will be visible on 28 December.

That's the last full moon for the year, so you should mark your calendars now if you want to look up and see it!

After this great moon event, there's only another full lunar event in January!

First Moon for January 2024 The first moon for January 2024 is called the Ice Moon, and will appear on January 6.
