Actor Don Mosenye, who is best known as Steve Zwane in SABC 1's soapie Generations has joined Muvhango as Tshifhiwa.

DON MOSENYE PLAYS TSHIFHIWA The former Generations actor Don Mosenye has joined SABC2 soapie Muvhango as the cunning yet charming Tshifhiwa.

Don Mosenye is best known for his role as Steve Zwane on the popular SABC 1 soapie Generations, in which he played the future husband of Queen Moroka. In addition, he has a solid reputation as a stage actor, having appeared in several productions, according to Word of Mouth Productions.

Mosenye, who debuted on Tuesday, 24 January reveals that he's thrilled to be joining the long-running soapie.

I'm thrilled to be a part of a show that has such an upbeat, optimistic spirit. I hope the audience enjoys my performance and appreciates my talent , he adds.

The production adds that Tshifiwa is Mpho and Lindelani's half-brother who loves money and power.

He plans to move away from the criminal life that landed him in jail but trouble just can't seem to stop following him.

MUVHANGO' RENEWED FOR ANOTHER SEASON Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela recently revealed that the long-running soapie Muvhango has been renewed for another season.

Muvhango renewed. In its 26th year on air, the SABC2 soapie will debut its 24th season this month.

According to the production company, the latest season is centred around the lives of the royal Mukwevho family and the Motsamais.
