Music and Food Series Hosted by Batali and Features Musicians The Edge, Flea, Patti Smith, Perry Farrell and Josh Groban

Dailymotion today announced the release of its original series in partnership with world-class chef and restaurateur Mario Batali, titled Feedback Kitchen.

Feedback Kitchen is a five-episode series that pairs Mario Batali with legendary musicians to unravel the similarities in the creative process that both musicians

and chefs share, culminating with a meal featuring a new dish from Batali inspired by the musician and a performance. Celebrity guests featured on Feedback Kitchen include The Edge, Flea, Patti Smith, Perry Farrell and Josh Groban. The series is Executive Produced by Mario Batali and Reyna Mastrosimone for his production company Via Alta and directed by award winning artist, photographer and filmmaker Steven Sebring.

Dailymotion's forward-thinking and artistic vision in the digital space is as unique as it is impressive. The first trailer featuring The Edge will go live today with all others rolling out consecutively over the course of the week. All five episodes will air first on Dailymotion.com Monday, January 26th, which currently generates 47M monthly unique visitors in the U.S. and 300M globally, with opportunities for syndication in the Dailymotion player across other platforms including Dailymotion's current syndication partners - Yahoo!, MSN, Xbox, Roku and more.

Batali, who resides in New York, where he opened his flagship restaurant (Babbo) in 1998, has been passionate about music since he was a child. He has incorporated music into his restaurant experiences since day one. Batali was notably the first chef to turn the volume up and play Zeppelin in an upscale dining room. Batali's music (and decibel) choices famously prevented Babbo from earning a fourth star from the New York Times. But I wouldn't have it any other way, says Batali.
