Brad Rodrigues appointed Vice President, Strategy and Busine Development of Nokia Technologies

SUNNYVALE, Calif. - Nokia Technologies today announced the appointment of Brad Rodrigues as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, effective February 1. He will join the companys leadership team, reporting to Nokia Technologies President Ramzi Haidamus, and be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Brads track record for successfully bringing exciting, category-leading products to market, combined with his passion for technology that deeply enhances the human experience, makes him an invaluable addition to the Nokia Technologies leadership, said Haidamus. Rodrigues will oversee global business development across all Nokia Technologies business units and regions, and will also be responsible for the companys long-term strategy and leading strategic initiatives and projects.

Prior to joining Nokia Technologies, Rodrigues was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DxO, where he oversaw the global launch of the DxO ONE, a professional-quality connected iPhone camera, named among the Best Products of 2015 by the Wall Street Journal and USA Today.

Rodrigues also led strategy, marketing and digital teams in the U.S. and European markets during his nine years at Nike. There he held a number of product leadership roles, including General Manager for Nike+, the companys consumer electronics business and digital fitness community. He also previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at LeapFrog, and held strategy and business development roles at Centerpost and McKinsey & Company.
